Rental Information

 

Extreme Cage Rentals LLC. will provide a minimum of 4 staff members for assembly and tear down as well as cage maintenance for the entire event.  We will arrive at least 5 hours prior to the doors opening to the public for preparations.  We realize that each venue is different, which is why we do not charge by the hour, rather by each event.  Our goal is to make sure everything regarding the cage is perfect so the fighters and fans have a great time.   The Extreme Cage Rentals staff will wear separate event shirts to give the professional look around the cage.    Transportation of the cage is included in the rental fee with mileage and hotel accommodations negotiable depending on the distance we have to travel.  Our setup is for larger events and venues and was designed to give you the professional look and feel the fighters and fans deserve.     We are open to all offers and ideas as we are just as excited to be a part of your promotion as you are to have us!

 

Event Rentals Includes:

♦   Assembly and tear down of the cage with our without the catwalk

♦   Cosmetics including sponsorship vinyl, skirting, corner wraps, etc..

♦   Cage maintenance for the entire event including securing both doors during and between fights

♦   Transportation to/from the event and loading and unloading of the cage  (mileage negotiable)

♦   Fighter preparation before each fight if needed by your promotion

♦   Round timer, bell, 10 second mallet , round cards

♦   Canvas preparation/sterilization before each fight

♦    Complete cage and show lighting including a staff member to program and run lights.  (pictures available upon request)

 

Package price including cage rental, catwalk, setup, teardown, transportation, event maintenance, staff members, cage lighting and show, & event accessories    

                                                                           $4,000   (mileage/hotel negotiable)

 

 

Rental Terms & Conditions: 

♦   A minimum of 5 hours is required before doors open for preparations and 3 hours for tear down

♦   A $1,000 deposit is required to book the event date and is non-refundable if show is cancelled and not rescheduled

♦   Remainder of rental fee is due after assembly and prior to doors opening to the public

♦   General liability insurance is the responsibility of the promoter and not Extreme Cage Rentals LLC.

♦   Rental contract and disclaimer must be signed prior to event and faxed or mailed to our office

Renter agrees to hold all Extreme Cage Rentals LLC harmless for all event activities and occurrences.  Further, Extreme Cage Rentals assumes no liability for the event or venue in regards to fighters, fans, or staff.  Renter agrees that Extreme Cage Rentals LLC is providing the materials to put together a Mixed Martial Arts Cage and this is the extent of our liability.  No claims shall be greater than amount received from event regardless.
